1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SignPls, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
SignPls provides a platform for creating, negotiating, and electronically signing documents. Electronic signatures created through SignPls are intended to be legally binding under applicable e-signature laws (ESIGN Act, UETA). However, SignPls does not provide legal advice — consult a lawyer for specific legal requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Document Ownership
You retain ownership of all documents you upload or create on SignPls. We do not claim any rights to your content. We access your documents only to provide the service (rendering, PDF generation, AI analysis when requested).
5. AI Features
SignPls includes an AI assistant that can analyze documents and suggest edits. AI suggestions are not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before signing. Document content may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI) for processing — see our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
SignPls is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the legal validity of signatures or document content.
